Bryan Harkins, executive vice president and head of U.S. markets at BATS, is an avid cyclist and athlete. He and his wife Melissa co-founded Wall Street Rides FAR, a charity that benefits autism research. Beckett’s Battle, Year 3 Standard

Beckett Ryba, the son of the CME Group’s Mildred Ryba, has been battling a suprasellar astrocytoma, a benign but dangerous pediatric brain tumor, since he was 13 months old. For the past three years, Beckett has also helped to raise funds for Run for Gus, a a 5K run/1 mile walk in support of the oncology and neurosurgery clinics at the Ann and Robert H. The Out of Options Motorcycle Club comes together to raise money by doing a charity motorcycle ride to the options conference. The group is riding for this year is the Babies Heart Fund, which supports the pediatric cardiology division at Columbia where ISE’s Molly McGregor‘s son is a patient.  She credits them with saving Nathan’s life and says the research they are doing now is simply amazing.
